Protect the area apply tape or place a soft cloth around the button to prevent scratches during removal.

Remove the existing button using one of these methods:

Pry Tool Method:
Carefully insert a trim removal tool into a corner and work around the edge to release the retaining clips.

Sticky Putty Method:
Warm the putty in your hands, press it firmly onto the button surface, wait 2-3 minutes for it to set, then pull straight out with a quick motion.

Install the new button: Align and press firmly until the clips engage with a satisfying click.
